Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
In addition, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Software products to download
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping costs for returns.

When we've received and checked your return, we'll send you an email to let you know that we've received the item you returned. We will also notify you that your refund has been approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

A refund can only be made for regularly priced items; unfortunately, promotional items are excluded from the refund.
exchange
An exchange is only granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email to shop@sehapa.de and send the item to: Schönebecker Str. 45, Magdeburg, Saxony-Anhalt, 39104, Germany.
gifts
If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher equal to the purchase value when you return the item. As soon as we have received the returned item, you will receive a voucher via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift or sent to the giver when purchased, the refund will be made to the giver and the giver will be notified of the return.

To return your product, you should send your product to: Schönebecker Str. 45, Magdeburg, Sachsen-Anhalt, 39104, Germany.
You must pay the shipping costs of returning your item yourself. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.
If you're shipping an item worth over €75, consider using a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.
